Shipping & Replacements

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

All products purchased from our website shall be delivered to you by our courier partner. On placing your order, you will receive an email with your shipping and delivery details. You may track your shipment by using the tracking code provided in the email. The order will be dispatched in 4 working days and you should receive it within 6-7 working days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All products purchased from our website shall be delivered to you by our courier partner. For countries which are not supported by it, we will use some other reputable courier company. On placing your order, you will receive an email with your shipping and delivery details. You may track your shipment by using the tracking code provided in the email. For all international orders the delivery time will depend upon the country of shipping. Any duty and tax charges levied by your country will have to be borne by you at the time of receipt of the package. We would also like to inform you in advance, that we may not be able to control the clearance delays at Customs in India and at the port of entry of your country.

All shipping charges are calculated on actuals based on the weight of the product.

 

REPLACEMENTS

GRASS believes in spreading happiness to its customers through its products. We request you to please go through the product descriptions and size chart accompanying each product before you make your purchase. We are happy to clarify your queries you might have about specific measurements/sizes etc.

 

We do not accept returns, but replacements are welcome. You can initiate a replacement within 14 days from the date you receive the product, beyond which, we will not be able to accept or process your request. 

You can click on https://grassbygitikagoyal.com/pages/shipping-returns to reach our create an exchange page to create an exchange request.  All exchanges and replacement requests must be placed via the Create an Exchange tab only.

Once you have placed the return request, you will receive a call from us. A return shipping fee of Rs. 150/- will be applicable, and a QR code for the same will be shared. Once the payment has been received,  a return pick-up will be initiated from our end.

On receiving the product, we will take 3-4 working days to ship the exchange/replacement to you.

Please note that the forwarding logistics charges of the exchanged/replaced product from us will be borne by us.

Replacement Conditions:

The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

All original tags and protective packaging should be intact.

Items on sale are not replaceable.  

If case any of the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to process your replacement or return request.
