Shipping & Replacements
All products purchased from our website shall be delivered to you by our courier partner. On placing your order, you will receive an email with your shipping and delivery details. You may track your shipment by using the tracking code provided in the email. The order will be dispatched in 4 working days and you should receive it within 6-7 working days.
Free shipping will be provided on all prepaid orders above the purchase value of Rs 1500. A flat rate of Rs. 140 will be charged for shipping prepaid orders below Rs. 1500 and all postpaid, or COD orders.
All products purchased from our website shall be delivered to you by our courier partner. For countries which are not supported by India Post, we will use some other reputable courier company. On placing your order, you will receive an email with your shipping and delivery details. You may track your shipment by using the tracking code provided in the email. For all international orders the delivery time will depend upon the country of shipping. Any duty and tax charges levied by your country will have to be borne by you at the time of receipt of the package. We would also like to inform you in advance, that we may not be able to control the clearance delays at Customs in India and at the port of entry of your country.
All shipping charges are calculated on actuals based on the weight of the product.
GRASS believes in spreading happiness to its customers through its products. We request you to please go through the product descriptions and size chart accompanying each product before you make your purchase. We are happy to clarify your queries you might have about specific measurements/sizes etc.
We do not accept returns, but replacements are welcome. You can initiate a replacement within 2 days from the date you receive the product, beyond which, we will not be able to accept or process your request. You will need to send us a email with your specific replacement request to our email address: email@example.com
If your request can be fulfilled, we will send you an email stating our acceptance of your request.

- The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
- All original tags and protective packaging should be intact.
If case any of the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to process your replacement or return request.
We will ship your exchange product within 7 working days of the receipt of your returned piece. The exchanged product will be shipped to you at our cost. There will be no further exchange on the product.
